What information does Catholic Connect Singles Network™ collect and how is it used?

How do we ensure credit or debit card transaction safety?

Card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution, which receives the Card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the Card numbers and process transactions.

In the rare event that unauthorized charges are made to your card during a transaction with us, you will not be held responsible in any way. Under financial regulations, your bank is required to investigate and resolve disputes related to fraudulent or unauthorized transactions. If your bank does hold you liable for any such charges (up to ₦10,000, or its amount equivalent), we will cover the full amount for you. This guarantee applies only if the unauthorized use of your card occurred through no fault of your own during a transaction on our secure platform. To qualify for this security guarantee, you must follow the necessary steps required under Central Bank guidelines and your card issuer's terms—this includes promptly reporting the fraudulent transaction to your bank according to their procedures.

How do I change, update, or correct personal information about myself?

If at any time you would like to change any information in your account, click on the "Profile" button within the dropdown menu in the upper right corner. Periodically you will be given an opportunity to notify us of your preferences for receiving notifications and special promotional offers from Catholic Connect Singles Network™. You can choose to receive news of these special promotional opportunities in addition to updates on site features and new services, or you can choose not to get them. Simply follow the instructions that are given to you at the time, and we will update our records accordingly.
