Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) is a registered corporate under the laws of Nigeria that provides an online community for African Catholic singles who want to find a spouse with whom, they can share their catholic faith. This communication takes place on the Internet via the server leased by Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN). The Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) platform offers a search function, messaging inboxes and the possibility of online discussions for all members. 

The following terms and conditions apply for all areas of operation of Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN). The offers and services of Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) to its members are exclusively carried out on the basis of these general terms and conditions. Advertised events and trips are not organized by Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN), but by individual organizers. In the case of participation, the terms and conditions of each individual organizer apply.

By filling out the respective form, the member irrevocably agrees to the saving of provided data in the member database of Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN), as well as the disclosure of this provided data under the following conditions. Personal Data of every member is kept secret, and will only be disclosed on the member’s profile form. The member, for his part, agrees to not to use his membership for commercial purposes, and affirms that he will only use his membership for the purposes intended by Catholic Connect Singles Network ( i.e finding a catholic spouse). A membership initiated with any commercial intent is not acceptable.  

It is the requirement for each member in Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN)  to agree to the membership contract on the basis of these terms and conditions. 

Eligible for membership are all natural persons. Membership is limited to people over 18 years of age. By filling out and submitting the online forms, the member agrees to the terms of the membership contract. Only with the publication of the data that the member wishes to disclose on the community pages of Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) and through the connection to the full range of activities, does Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) declare the acceptance of a membership contract. 

In order for a valid membership to be secured, personal data needs to be truthfully submitted. A violation of this paragraph can lead to exclusion and suspension of a member on Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN).

The connection to the full range of activities is established after the receipt of payment by the member, and only for the paid time frame. Until payment has been made, a membership contract is not established, and no action can be taken against Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN).

Membership fees are charged in advance. Costs of back posting in the automatic debit transfer system goes to the expense of the member. The same goes for costs which are created by the rejection of the payment by credit card companies.

The member is only entitled to compensation if a counter claim is established as uncontested or legally binding.

Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) maintains the right to check the correctness of the data provided by the members, though it is not obligated to do so. The member has the sole responsibility for the legal innocuousness of his uploaded date and his communications within Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN).  In the interest of the member community, insults, sexually explicit material, displays of violence, personal threats, discriminating material, or statements that transgress good manners or the intentions of Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN), or accounts with derogatory reference to race, sex, nationality, disability, age, etc., or otherwise material that violates effective law, is not permitted. This is also valid for shared links to webpages with offending material, for which the member is responsible. 

The member is fully responsible for his actions and his handling of rights of third parties. This is especially valid also for the consideration of intellectual or industrial rights of third parties. The member has to keep Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) free from all claims that third parties make against Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) because of the member's action or omission in the previously mentioned area of the member's responsibility - be this justified or unjustified. With regard to the interests of the member community, as well as legal requirements, Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) maintains the right to reject a member without further indication of reasons, if he is suspected of having violated the preceding rules. 

Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) can terminate the membership contract without notice, as well as to partly or fully delete the member's entries in the database. The transmission of data (direct mail, emails, faxes of other members, etc.) through Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) is exclusively carried out to the concerned member. Any transmission, publication or commercial use of data transmitted by Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) to third parties, especially those that affect other members, is forbidden. 

A cancellation before the expiration of the agreed time period is not taken into consideration, except if a member demands an early termination of his membership, or Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) cancels the contact unilaterally because a member acts against the good customs or the basic rules of Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN). The membership fee for the discounted life time or yearly subscriptions may not be refunded in the event of early termination, requested by members.

Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) merely provides the agreed communication channels and cannot assume any responsibility for the behavior of its members, nor oversee a successful mediation between members, respectively. 

The member ensures that the texts, pictures, photos, video footage and sound recordings (in short texts & data) imparted by him are free of legal third parties who could be opposed to a publication or other usage in the context of Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN). By transmittal or upload, respectively, the transmitting member agrees to the publication of these texts & data in the context of Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) on the Internet and through other media. The member can revoke this agreement anytime through written notice. Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) will then immediately delete texts & data that are affected by this revocation. The member is liable for the content of his transmitted texts & data. These are excluded from publication if they violate valid law, the terms of use of Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN), or general good customs of behavior. In the interest of the member community concerning the publication of transmitted texts & data, Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) maintains the right to monitor such communications, and remove them, if necessary.

The member gives his consent that all material submitted by him will be saved and utilized exclusively for the internal use of Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN). Provided that the member did not explicitly allow it, personal data will not be passed on to third parties. The member agrees to receive newsletters and regular communications from Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN).

Every unauthorised commercial use of the offers and services provided by Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) is not permissible and will be prosecuted. Reference to products and services of third parties, regardless of their commercial or private nature, is not permissible. All communications and other material submitted on the site by members needs to be private and personal in nature, which means they are not allowed to have the aim of achieving material gain. In the case of commercial or otherwise unauthorised material, Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) maintains the right to delete these, and to enforce compensation. The enforcement of this compensation leaves all further rights of Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) untouched. The published data of members in Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) is not allowed to be used for any purpose other than purely private contact. Such a violation (e.g. for the purpose of advertising or business interests) will be prosecuted immediately with criminal proceedings. 

The costs for the equipment (computer, software, modem etc.), which enable access to the services of Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN), are exclusively to be covered by the member. The same goes for the telecommunication fees that are created by its use.

Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) endeavors to provide the widest possible availability of its services over the Internet, but cannot guarantee irreproachable availability for technical reasons (server backup, maintenance, etc.). Interruption of operation is possible. Respectively, liability cannot be assumed for damages which arise from a temporary unavailability or only a limited availability. Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) expects an availability of at least 90% for its services on an annual average. Excluded from this are times when the web server cannot be reached due to technical or other problems that are not in Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN)’ area of expertise or control (as in the negligence of a third party). It is the duty of Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) to survey and attend to the data of its members, being diligent in protecting that data while using up-to-date technology. Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) however, cannot guarantee the accomplishment of finding a suitable marriage spouse for each member.  

Each other liability of Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN), regardless of its legal ground, is limited to the amount of the actual fees paid to date by the respective person who demands regress. Other claims for compensation are excluded, provided that they were not deliberately or with gross negligence caused by the staff of Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN). This also includes the liability of material and immaterial (consequential) damages that result from faulty transmission of data due to accident or technical failures.

Untouched from the preceding liability exclusion, as well as the limitation of liability, remain the liability for the damages of the violation of life, the body or health, that are based on a negligent breach of duty of Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN), or an intentional or negligent breach of duty by a legal representative or assistant, as well as for other damages that are based on a grossly negligent breach of duty of Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN), or an intentional or negligent breach of duty by a legal representative or assistant of Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN). 

By the transmission of data the member ensures the correctness of all his provided information. The member is liable for all damages that are caused by the unauthorized transmission of data communicated by him. 

Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) explicitly dissociates itself from the contents of linked pages or graphics, and does not appropriate these in any case. All transgressions of applicable law, the terms of use and the orientation of Catholic Connect Singles Network  (cl. Par. 4 of these terms of use), or that of good custom, which are brought to Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) attention, will result in the immediate deletion of links, entries, graphics, etc., or have consequences of a similar manner. We ask you to remember that we are occasionally, and merely at random times, in a position to do inspections and monitor activity in the community, and therefore, we are dependent on your assistance and cooperation for the preservation of the seriousness of our community, and the services offered herein. 

Subsidiary agreements and supplemental contracts need to be made in writing to be effective. Should a regulation of these terms of use be or become ineffective, this does not alter the effectiveness of the other regulations. The ineffective or nonexistent regulation is rather to be replaced by one that is closest to it economically and legally.  

The existing terms of use are explicitly and bindingly acknowledged with the transmission of the member's personal application toCatholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN), and are incorporated into the member's contract by activation. 

New versions of the terms of use are indicated separately, and are clearly visible on the Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) website. They are acknowledged and become incorporated into the contract, provided that the member does not object in writing within 7 calendar days. The member obliges himself to pay attention to corresponding indications regularly, and to take note of newer versions, provided that he has submitted his application for membership. 

In the event of cancellation of a valid registration for an event hosted by Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN), which is liable for costs, cancellation fees may be charged.  

Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) is glad to announce events that are interesting for Catholic singles within the events Calendar on the homepage, and on the dates page when you log in to your account. Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) does not assume any responsibility for events that are not organized by Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) itself. Events with a purely charitable purpose will continue to be advertised free of charge, with the request to provide a link in return. Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN) reserves the right to announce events with a profit motive, on the condition of an appropriate compensation in return.      

The place of jurisdiction is Nigeria.

In the legal relationship between a member and Catholic Connect Singles Network (CCSN), the jurisdiction of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is exclusively applicable.
